Shipment process

Shipment are processed through Slovak posting service (Slovenská pošta) and you will be provided with the tracking number of your package.

All orders which are ready are shipped within 3 days. (Some products are made on order and required 2 weeks after purchase to be ready).

Personal pickup:
Personal pickup is possible in Bratislava. Please select this option during payment if you prefer.
